Questions and Suggestions
For questions and feedback, join the PetitMaker channel on QQ (谷地工坊 | 星布谷地种星人聚落): pd76247629. Conversations in this channel are in Chinese.
GitHub reports are public; use email for matters you prefer to discuss privately. For a bug, describe the steps, expected result and actual result, and include the app version, browser and device. A screenshot or minimal example often helps identify the cause.
For Agent or illustration issues, include the provider, model and error message, keeping only the information needed for diagnosis. Remove keys, personal information and unrelated material before sending. Importable images and saves may contain the whole map and hidden annotations, so review their contents first.
Security Reports
Please report vulnerabilities privately by email with [SECURITY] in the subject. We aim to acknowledge a complete report within 72 hours. Testing scope, reporting details and coordinated disclosure are described in the Security Policy.
Asset Permission and IP Complaints
Use [IP] in the subject and include the material's location, the basis of your rights or your intended use, and contact information. For a complaint, describe the issue and confirm that the information is truthful and accurate.
We investigate material within the project's control, request further details when necessary and explain the outcome. For a user's work published on another platform, please also contact that platform; the tool cannot directly recall external copies.
Content-Check Feedback
If a check interferes with a normal export, tell us which field or feature is affected, the app version and the steps leading up to the issue. You choose whether to provide the text or image itself. Please send only what is needed to investigate.
Local checks do not automatically send the original text or map to the team. Feedback is used to handle the issue you raise; sending a report does not itself authorize using its contents for model training.
Privacy Requests
Send personal-information access, correction or deletion requests to petit.maker@outlook.com. We verify identity only as needed and respond under applicable law. If we hold no relevant information or cannot fulfill the request, we explain why. See the Privacy Policy for scope and the Terms of Use for content-use rules.
